Clinical Director (Lead BCBA)

Location: Aiken, SC
Position Type: Full-Time
Reports To: CEO

Responsibilities:

– Lead clinical programs to ensure the highest standards of ABA service delivery.
– Supervise and mentor BCBAs, overseeing treatment quality and consistency.
– Develop and conduct training programs for clinical staff, including RBTs and BCBAs.
– Engage directly with clients and families to provide updates and support.

Requirements:

– Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
– BCBA certification in good standing.
– Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
– Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Location: Aiken, SC
Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Responsibilities:

– Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans based on assessments.
– Supervise and provide feedback to RBTs and BCaBAs.
– Conduct family training sessions and maintain client communication.
– Regularly analyze and report on client progress.

Requirements:

– BCBA certification in good standing.
– Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
– 1+ year of ABA therapy experience.
– Strong analytical and communication skills.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)

Location: Aiken, SC
Position Type: Full-Time/Part-Time

Responsibilities:

– Support BCBAs in implementing treatment plans and analyzing data.
– Supervise RBTs during sessions to ensure treatment fidelity.
– Maintain open communication with families regarding progress.

Requirements:

– BCaBA certification.
– Bachelor’s degree in psychology, ABA, or a related field.
– Experience with autism spectrum disorders preferred.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Location: Aiken, SC
Position Type: Full-Time/Full-Time

Responsibilities:

– Provide direct ABA therapy to clients based on individualized plans.
– Accurately collect and record session data.
– Collaborate with BCBAs to adjust interventions as needed.

Requirements:

– RBT certification.
– High school diploma (Associate’s degree preferred).

Behavior Technician

Location: Aiken, SC
Position Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Responsibilities:

– Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA or BCaBA supervision.
– Implement treatment plans and accurately collect data.
– Participate in training and team meetings to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
– Completion of 40-hour RBT training within 30 days of hire.
