What to Expect from Our Supervision Program
ENROLLMENT & INITIAL SETUP
We’ll start with an initial meeting to introduce you to the program, discuss expectations, and review the supervision contract. Together, we’ll personalize your experience, align it with your goals, and schedule your first sessions.
WEEKLY SUPERVISION SESSIONS
Every week, we’ll meet online to cover key topics, including ABA concepts, ethical guidelines, and skills required on the BACB Task List. Sessions are interactive, with a focus on applying ABA principles in real-world scenarios. We’ll also review articles, discuss assignments, and provide feedback on video submissions.
VIDEO OBSERVATION & FEEDBACK
Twice monthly, you’ll share video samples from your work with clients. These sessions meet BACB requirements for observation and provide valuable, constructive feedback to help you refine your practice.
COST OF SUPERVISION
Our hourly rate for supervision is $80. In line with BACB standards, supervision must constitute at least 5% of your monthly fieldwork hours. For example:
- If you complete 20 hours of fieldwork per week, you’ll need one hour of supervision each week, resulting in $80 per week.
